Can we talk about this poor man? He’s such a great guy and he doesn’t even realize it. He thinks he is a mess. He drinks too much. And he doesn’t consider himself as a role model. But he’s so brave and good. He’s taking care of two people that aren’t even his children but yet he’s willing to sacrifice his life for them. He’s very protective of Elena and Jeremy. He’s a parental figure for them and Alaric consider them his family now. But life gave him so much pain. He had a wife he was in love with. But she decided to abandon him and to become a vampire. He had a girlfriend, but he lost her for some crazy sacrifice. And now that he’s letting himself to be with another person, that he’s being honest about anything, she’s basically a psycho. Not only he has to die almost every episode, his love life is so tragic. After everything he has been through, I just want him to be happy and possibly with a girl that isn’t a bitch, or a victim, or a murderer.

 Just wait and see when Damon finds out his bff got killed(or not) by the psycho doctor!He`s gonna go on a killing spree.GO Damon!
